ATTENTION ALL PROVIDERS

Effective January 1, 2026, all providers must have a Medicaid number for each service/location where they provide services. If you do not have a Medicaid number for each of the services you provide prior to January 1, 2026, you cannot provide services or receive payment from managed care organizations (MCO�s) or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct).

ATTENTION REMITTANCE USERS:

The remit portal might be displaying duplicate remittances for payments issued on 2/4/2025 and 02/11/2025, with the duplicate remittance(s) displaying on 2/18/2025. This means the same remittance with matching check amounts and transaction numbers might be listed twice. You can ignore the second listing. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

If you are having problems with resetting your password, please check your SPAM folder. Once you mark the email as “not spam” you should be able to follow the password reset link without issues.
