We have recently updated our website to bring you a better user experience for all of our services. Our new single sign on website allows you to quickly access all of our existing resources from one location.
First Time Logging In
You should have received an email from us to create/reset your password. If you did, you are ready to log in. If you didn't, you will need to reset your password and enable multi-factor authentication below.
By enrolling your account, you are granting consent to Community Care Inc to send you SMS text messages to authenticate your account with multi-factor authentication. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Resetting Your Password
On the Login Screen, click the Forgot password? link to reset your password if you haven't already. This only needs to be done once. See the screenshot on the right.Security by Auth0
When clicking the Log In button, you will be redirected to auth0.com, our new security provider to handle multi-factor authentication that has been mandated by regulatory requirements.
